We send an order confirmation when you have placed an order with us. Once you have received the order confirmation, we have received your order. When we ship your package, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your order. 

If you have received the wrong product, we are very sorry. Occasionally there are errors in our stock. Please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@peleton.dk and we will make sure it is taken care of.

If the package has not been sent, we can probably change the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at kundeservice@peleton.dk with the order number and the correct address.

Contact us via. kundeservice@peleton.dk if you want to cancel your order. During our business hours, we can make changes until the time the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (also known as GDPR). For full information, please see our general terms and conditions. We promise to treat all personal information with the utmost care and responsibility.

Shipping & delivery

Here you can find answers to questions about shipping & delivery.

Our delivery time is between 2-4 days in DK. If you order before 15.00 we will ship your order the same day. To avoid environmental waste, we first print products when the order is placed.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your package. There you can see the expected delivery time, place of delivery, etc.

We have competitive shipping rates. Delivery to a parcel shop costs 39 kr.

Would you rather have it delivered to your door? Good news! We also offer home delivery with GLS for 69 DKK.

You have 14 days to collect the package after you receive a text message notifying you that the package is available for collection. The package will then be returned to us.

We send our parcels with Bring and GLS.

Bring's goal is for all their deliveries to be completely fossil-free by 2025. In addition, they also offer many green delivery options, and have big goals for the environment. Read more here

Here you can find answers to questions about the right of return and returns.

If you wish to return an item, you are free to use the enclosed return label. If you have ordered an item for delivery outside Denmark, you as a customer must pay the postage yourself if you wish to return some items.

When returning an item, please use the original packaging. Our packaging is designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Please read the requirements for return shipments in our Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must write to us within 14 days of the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notice must be given by email at kundeservice@peleton.dk. In the notification you must state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Once we have received your return and processed it, you will be notified by email.

Peléton provides full replacement in the form of a new product when a manufacturing defect is verified. It is important to look at the product carefully when it arrives. If a product is damaged or otherwise defective when it arrives, a claim must be made as soon as possible after receipt. Please contact customer service if you wish to make a claim regarding your product.

Here you can find answers to questions about payment.

If you use a discount code that does not work, it may be because the discount code does not exist in our system, the item is already discounted or a technical error. Write to us through our chat or at kundeservice@peleton.dk if you have any questions.

We deduct the money from your order when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. The typical delivery time is between 2-4 days in DK and 2-8 in the rest of the world.

At Peléton we do everything to make the most environmentally friendly choices. This applies from the printing of the poster right down to each individual shipping label. If there's a sustainable option that's also high quality, we'll choose it. That's why we print our posters ourselves, to gain full control over our value chain and offer you maximum quality and sustainable, responsible production. 

We do all this while donating 5 sqm to rainforest protection and conservation. We work with the World's Forests. You can read more about their efforts her.

All our printed materials are environmentally certified. But what does that really mean?

In an environmentally certified forest, no more wood is felled than the forest can reproduce.

Our paper comes from trees in the North from sustainable forestry. It comes from an area where the trees needed for production are planted, not fewer, so there is no shortage.

We print our posters ourselves in Copenhagen on our Canon art plotter. The paper is produced in the Nordic countries and is environmentally certified. Our frames are all environmentally certified and produced in Italy. Our non-reflective glass is also produced in Denmark.
