Delivery times

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. In addition, we also offer fast delivery worldwide. You can see the shipping rates for your country in the checkout.

Delivery in DK: 2-4 business days.

Delivery in EU: 4-10 business days.

Delivery outside EU: 4-15 business days.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered by courier service to your home address or parcel service as stated in the delivery terms in the checkout. Delivery time is typically within 3 business days. In case of delayed delivery, you will be informed of the reason for the delay and you will receive a new estimated delivery time. If you do not accept the new delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Delivery to your nearest parcel shop with GLS: 39 kr.
Delivery to your nearest parcel shop with Bring: 45 kr.
Home delivery with GLS: 59 kr.
Home delivery with Burd: 59 kr. (selected postcodes)
Home delivery with Bring: 85 kr.
Kerbside delivery of a 100x140 frame: 249 kr.

International shipping rates

Import VAT, customs duties and fees for deliveries outside the EU and Norway

If you order to an address outside the EU and Norway – for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the USA – import VAT, customs duties and fees may be charged when the parcel enters your country.

  • The amount is not included in your order. We do not charge it when you shop with us, and it is not included in the price at checkout.
  • You may receive an additional bill after your purchase. Import VAT, customs duties and fees are paid to the carrier, usually before or upon delivery.
  • You are responsible for paying. If you do not pay and the parcel is returned to us, the rules for unclaimed parcels apply.

The amount depends on your country's rules and the carrier's fees, and we cannot state it in advance.

Delivery of posters

When the order consists of posters only (i.e. without frame added), your poster will be sent in a Peléton poster box. Only some of our posters are in stock, but to avoid environmental waste, we only print some products once the item has been purchased and ordered. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days in Denmark.

Delivery of posters, frames and glass

When you order a poster, a frame and glass, or just a frame and glass, or just a frame, your order is shipped in a Peléton poster box for safe transport of frames.

Delivery risk

Peléton assumes the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. In case of return, you assume the risk of the goods being damaged or lost read more about this in our FAQ.

 

Returns

If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us, the rules for unclaimed parcels in our refund policy apply.
