As stated on the product page just above the purchase button, and in the cart above "Proceed to checkout," the deadline for delivery by Mother's Day has passed. If you have received a message saying "Your package is on its way," we have packed and shipped your order. However, this is not a guarantee that it will arrive by Mother's Day, as we cannot guarantee that.

For those who ordered BEFORE the deadline Tuesday, May 5th at 11:59 PM
We have handed your package over to the carriers, and it is now up to GLS, Bring, Burd, and Danske Fragtmænd to deliver your package on time. We set the deadline in collaboration with these carriers.

Nothing has happened on the tracking link: If there is no update on the tracking, please contact us. It seems the carrier has made a mistake with your package. We cannot promise to find a solution before Mother's Day, but we will do everything we can because we know how much it means to you!

My order is damaged: If your order is damaged or you have experienced an error, please click below "Submit a claim." We will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible! However, we cannot promise to send and deliver a new one before Mother's Day, as it may be too late according to the carriers' deadlines.
