Peléton x The Red Rabbit
We are delighted to welcome Sarah, the artist behind Das Rotes Rabbit, and her largest collection to date. The collection will be released in three carefully curated drops, and now you can experience the first. Step into her universe of geometry, sensuality, and colors, and discover the works that make her art so special.
"You really only need to step outside your door to find a story – or a seed – to build upon.”
The most important inspiration and driving force in the process is her imagination: a continuous exercise in listening and trusting – an exploration of the relationships between color and emotions and our connection to each other and the world we live in.

A universe of intuition and form
Sarah works at the intersection of the spontaneous and the structured. Each piece functions as a statement piece – or in interaction with the other works. Together they create a flexible visual expression with many possible combinations, where colors and shapes build upon each other. The five core ideas – new beginnings, body, roots, intuition, and perspective – serve as a common thread throughout the series. This results in a collection that feels alive, tactile, and contemporary.
Process: Giving the idea space
With Sarah, everything starts with a feeling: a color, a movement, a thought, or a small sentence. The process is about listening and making space, so the idea can find its own form. Sketches are made, writing and experimenting take place – some ideas are preserved in their raw form, while others develop through repetition. Colors act as an important collaborator and set the mood. The essence is to make space and be open.

Inspiration and background
The inspiration comes from listening, from the rhythm of nature, and from the realm of imagination. Colors and emotions are closely connected, and curiosity and presence are the foundation of her work. Behind Das Rotes Rabbit is Sarah Sanctuary Williams. She holds a master's degree in Visual Art & Communication from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and has run her studio since 2003. Here she combines visual art, graphic design, and illustration in a universe that is simple, poetic, and precise.
